J.Lo takes the time to add another hip hop star to her roster. This time she has pulled Lil Wayne in for the job. I’m not feeling this collabo like J.Lo & Ja Rule, but hey it was worth a try. BTW, Lopez’ seventh album is due out May 3.
GodDAMN she’s GORGEOUS.

People that are waiting for the revival of REAL hip hop for women were praying for a comeback from E-V-E. Although she claims she’s back on her bullsh*t, I’m just NOT feeling this is the track.
Luvz, What you thinking?
Lupe Fiasco wants to know “Who Are You Now” on this left over track tackling women who’s clothes define them and change coinciding with what’s popular. Originally attended for Lasers. This cut features B.O.B. on guitar and vocals.
Luvs, what y’all think?
Nick Cannon KNOWS he’s wack. So I’m glad he can make a joke out of it. I need him to waste his time helping out his wife and prepping for the twins.
This shxt is BEYOND WACK!!!
Apparently his mixtape Child of the Corn will precede his comedy album coming out.
I want to EAT!
It occurred to me after SEX I always am saying I want to eat.
It doesn’t matter if it’s McDonald’s, a home-cooked meal, or cereal I just feel the urge to EAT. It got me to thinking is this normal? Do other people do it? And so I texted friends, Twitter’ed other friends, and found out that 6 out of 10 got hungry after sex. Those who weren’t screaming hunger were screaming tired/sleepy afterwards.
Q: So what EXACTLY makes us HUNGRY?
Well according to Dr. Michael Roizen, like I assumed hunger and sex is regulated by the same neuro-chemicals and brain part. The thing that is common to both are the brain chemical NPY, which decreases metabolism and increases appetite. Me, wanting to lose weight wonders how a decrease in metabolism and increased appetite was going to help me daily, but then the PRO came into affect. The positive of hunger and sex sharing the same brain chemicals is that some have observed that having healthy sex could help you control your food intake because one appetite is satisfying the other one. Which means, if there’s plenty of f*cking they’ll be LESS food intake. So having safe, healthy, sex could help me lay off the fries and shakes =)
Fact or Myth: Sex burns calories.
Of course it’s a FACT. But the more ACTIVE and passionate kissing and sex leads to burning more calories.
I’m not saying get a crook in your neck doing something you KNOW you CANNOT do, but more active is more calories burned.
Q: Are there REALLY benefits to having sex?
If FUN and that feel-good feeling isn’t enough for you to feel sex is a benefit then something is WRONG with YOU. But on a less freaky note, Sex relieves stress, boosts immunity, releases the brain’s feel-good chemicals called endorphins, rejuvenates you, and increases confidence and self-esteem.
I finally listened to this highly-anticipated mixtape brought to you by theBaddestChick.
Trina slows it down with the leading track “Can I” with Mya which showcases Mya’s WORSE vocals EVER. She brings it back to “Da Baddest B*tch” with a Baltimore club-themed “Red Bottoms”. “iPhone” is probably one of THEE worse songs on this mixtape.
My opinion: Trina definitely sounds like the female Rick Ross and her verses are average and repetitive, but it’s a decent mixtape.
*Diamond rating: 2 Diamonds out of 5.
I say, go stream it to support females in Hip Hop.

It’s apparent to me that Webster has a lot of words in the dictionary, but there’s one you rarely see action. People say they “love you”, say they’re your “best-friend”, say that they are “loyal”, say they are “real”, but what do any of those words mean without action. Answer: They mean absolutely nothing. My Grandma always said there would be numerous amount of things I could count on my hands and one of them would be REAL friends.
Definition of REAL 1: of or relating to fixed, permanent, or immovable things (as lands or tenements) 2a : not artificial, fraudulent, or illusory : genuine <real gold>; also : being precisely what the name implies <a real professional> b (1) : occurring or existing in actuality <saw a real live celebrity> <a story of real life> (2) : of or relating to practical or everyday concerns or activities <left school to live in the real world> (3) : existing as a physical entity and having properties that deviate from an ideal, law, or standard <a real gas> — compare ideal 3b c : having objective independent existence <unable to believe that what he saw was real>Welp, How many REAL friends can you count on your hands?Ones whom will tell you that you look FAT in a dress? That you shouldn’t have cheated on your boyfriend/girlfriend?That disrespecting your mom isn’t cool?Tell you when they’re mad at you?Friends who will loan you money?
Lately I’ve been watching a lot of Desperate Housewives and all those women at one point lied to their “friends”, talked about their “friends”, but loaned them money to get out of trouble. So are they really friends? or is it human nature to not be 100?
Is loyalty being friends with someone your best-friend hates? What defines it?
… Makes you wonder Who’s your REAL friends?
Trina totes that “breaking a nail aint nothing” on her title track for her newest mixtape Diamonds are Forever. Listen to the title track while checking out the art work.

Lady Gaga makes her record-breaking hit a COUNTRY hit. Gaga produced this track alongside Fernando Garibay. Gaga slows down the club anthem, adds some new vocals, and pips to this bluegrass vibe. “If I want to make it country, baby it’s OK/ ‘Cause I was born, I was born, I was born this way,” she sings over the harmonica and guitar-laced melody. Listen to Gaga go country below.
I guess Gaga can attempt anything… I don’t know how I feel about it, but luvz share YOUR take.
Is it worse to be in a relationship and be lonely, or endure loneliness alone? or is it really all the same thing, but being actually IN the relationship puts up a facade of feeling like your whole??
u go to bed… lol
loyalty. Intelligent. Making money. Love. family. Values.
